After completing this course, you will be able to:

  • Explain how Canvas enables you to orchestrate customer-centric messaging across channels and how it works from a high-level.
  • Recognize three common customer journey use cases with Canvas (Path to purchase, onboarding, retention) across different industries (eCommerce, Streaming, Learning).
  • Explain key functionalities of the Canvas entry wizard features (e.g., Entry Schedule types or Entry Audience settings).
  • Explain what a Canvas component is, recognize different component types, and be able to connect them together.
  • Explain the key steps you will need to complete when composing a message, adjusting delivery settings, and naming your message component in Canvas.
