The Partner-Led Onboarding program is part of Braze’s Partner Services initiative, which enables us to diversify our service delivery network, afford our customers' optionality, and augment Braze services for scale and reach. Our mission is to develop and expand a world-class global network of agency partners who deliver satisfactory Braze onboarding services and experiences.

This course will take you through a full mock onboarding including three full mock sessions delivered to Braze Partner Engagement Managers to prepare you for the next step of the program, Coached Onboarding Delivery where you will lead a Braze customer through a full Braze onboarding while being shadowed by a Braze resource.
